Conditions

  • The current course can be joined at any time, provided there are places available.

  • The course fee must be paid before the first course date

  • Participation in the course can be terminated at the end of each quintal without incurring any further costs.

Aim

The aim of this course is a long-term preparation for the entrance exam to Langgymnasium. The longer time horizon gives the teachers the opportunity to lay a good foundation in all areas relevant to the exam and to work with the students individually on their gaps.

Program German

Phase 1:

Improvement of basic skills 

  • Reading texts, answering questions about them (orally & in writing) without reading technique theory

  • Writing a lot without text type theory

  • Spelling

  • Mixed exercises to improve language

  • General vocabulary exercises without vocabulary theory (word field, word family, synonym/antonym)

Phase 2:

Acquire theoretical knowledge & understand and apply theoretical concepts 

  • Writing based on text place theory

  • Reading texts, answering questions about them (orally & in writing) based on reading technique theory and in relation to more complex texts

  • Mixed exercises Language improvement

  • Punctuation

  • General vocabulary exercises with vocabulary theory (word field, word family, synonym/antonym)

  • Theoretical grammar & exercises

  • Positioning tests

Phase 3:

Exam training in all areas

  • Finalize exam material in all areas

  • Writing based on specific exam examples

  • Reading texts, answering questions (oral & written) based on specific exam examples

  • General vocabulary exercises based on specific exam examples

  • Grammar based on specific exam examples

  • Practice exams

  • Simulation exam
